wrote a short chord progression...

took the drum sample from the intro
to a max roach track...

this one has a sort of unsettling
quality to it, i think. a fair
warning that this one is pretty
repetitive, too! this one was fun
in that it has both bass and drums
sampled; no midi nothin! pardon
the abrupt ending...

i'm having fun trying to compose
tracks using coltrane changes and
more involved song structures than
"repeat these 4 chords indefinitely";

there are a few rough spots on this
track, but hey, at least i held off on
the midi drums:

the progression here is
very simple; it is a ii-I.

the first one is just a 1-4,
and it's a very slow jam.



the second is a four-chord
progression, and it turned
out very 'inside'.



this last one represents
an early effort; it's very
loose and ultimately it's
a bit of a joke...

bit rocky at some points,
